The Application's Modules And Their Functions
The ticketing module, which enables:
- the automatic gathering of information from the reservation system (passenger name, the booked itinerary, the rate and airport taxes, etc.)
- the manual entry of other travel documents than the airplane tickets distributed by the reservation system (bookings for room, board rezervari cazare, transportation by van, etc)
- making compensations with the Billing Settlement Plan (BSP) (entering values for Agency Credit/Debit Memo in order to achieve a report identical to the BSP's, marking the tickets paid by credit card)
- BSP settlement (checking the situation of tickets and the other documents shown on the BSP's annex, calculating the calculul commission that was actually chased in and the TVA's value corresponding to each document)
The Tourism module, used for:
- recording contracts signed with the providers (tracking the receipts made by the agency, grouped by invoices, for a certain period of time)
- conducting price analyses in order to prepare the offer for the client or client group. Modifying the price analysis (modifying the services) may lead to a price recalculation for the entire offer
- account settlement for the actions (gathering fiscal documents issued to the clients and received from providers)
- tracking the flow of the medical insurances sold to tourists for travels abroad
The Financial-Accounting module, with the following functions:
- automatic invoice generation and printing
- accounting and management of receipts
- exporting information to the accounting department to avoid multiple data entries. The data is exported in the form of accounting notes.
The Marketing module, which enables:
- the generation and management of client profiles (adding, displaying and editing client identification information; gathering detailed information on client reservations; selectively displaying persons who belong to a certain group; rapidly locating the reservation)
- statistical reports on reservations. These reports concern all the reservations, including the ones that have not been converted into tickets and offer information on routes, the most booked airlines and the habits of each individual client (e.g. flight frequency, routes, etc.)
