Question: How does the interaction with AROBS work before the project onset?
Answer: The items discussed and the sequence in which problems are tackled depend on the project. Normally, the preliminary interaction with AROBS takes place in steps, as shown below:
a) You send us the initial information about the product you wish to order in the form that is most suitable to you. For software outsourcing this might even include the complete specifications of the product.
b) We study the information and based on it we either send you a set-price (quote) or request more information; most of the times we send our experts to your premises to collect additional information. Our rates take into account the number of programmer-hours required.
c) We allocate the specialists in such a way as to meet your deadlines.
Important remark: For software development projects we recommend you to let us prepare the specifications. To avoid any misunderstandings we are treating this process with the maximum attention possible.
Our project manager makes sure all the technical details are correct before putting the specifications together. To achieve this goal, (s)he can come to your premises as many times as necessary.
