Case study 1: Jidvei S.A.
Client Description: A highly renowned wine producer, Jidvei started earning international recognition as early as 1957, when it won the silver medal with its Pinot Gris wine at a contest held in Yugoslavia. The following years have brought Jidvei more fame and ever increasing sales figures.
The Problem: With Jidvei's steady growth, the need for an SFA solution became ever more stringent, as Cristian Fuga, Jidvei's marketing manager noticed. Jidvei currently numbers over 50 local and national distributors, which are using a wide array of accounting and ERP systems. As the requirements for unity and rapid implementation were paramount for Jidvei, its managers looked toward Optimall with great interest. Our solution won the battle with its competitors for the following reasons:

- The lowest implementation time in the market, which can take as little as one week when interfacing Optimall with an ERP is required
- Optimall's flexibility, which allows it to be interfaced with any accounting or ERP system from the Romanian market. The addition of modules can be made on an as needed basis

The Solution: Since Jidvei's agents are not making direct sales, we suggested its managers to start by having only the pre-sales module implemented. According to our plans, implementation will be completed by the end of 2005, when Jidvei will be able to reap the full benefits of the new system
